02_Matching: Finding the Right Teammates
QueueUp’s matching feature lets users fine-tune their ideal teammates by setting preferences such as age or competitiveness. Once a match is generated, users enter a waiting room to preview profiles and chat briefly to confirm the fit. If everyone agrees, the group moves into an official voice chat room to start gaming, ensuring each session is both transparent and personalized.
03_Rate & Refine: Smart Feedback Loop
After each match, players are prompted to rate their teammates on a scale of 1 to 5. These ratings help QueueUp’s AI refine future matchmaking by identifying compatible playstyles and personalities. Players can also send friend requests to likeminded teammates or report any verbal abuse or inappropriate behavior to help maintain a safe gaming environment.
04_Experienced Users: Future Gaming and Community Building
To support future gameplay, users can add games to their favorites list for convenient access from the homepage. They may also view which friends are currently online, send greetings, and coordinate upcoming matches. The friend list displays real-time status, and invitations from available friends appear as live invitations, enabling immediate participation. Additionally, users can explore the community page to share gaming experiences and engage with others.
