This project explores the living habits of pigeons in the Waterloo area of London, mapping their locations and behaviors. Research shows that many pigeons in Waterloo are fed human food, which harms their health. This project maps their key habitats and encourages the public to offer healthier pigeon food.

Result

This project successfully mapped key pigeon habitats in Waterloo, providing insights into their living patterns. Public awareness was raised about the harm of feeding pigeons human food, encouraging healthier feeding practices. A scannable QR code linked to an informative app was placed around habitats, allowing passersby to learn more and promote responsible feeding, benefiting the local pigeon population.
