The Problem

Online gaming too often becomes a toxic, exclusionary experience:
-
Stress and insecurity from hostile interactions
-
Mismatched skill levels and incompatible playstyles
-
Harassment and sexism, especially toward female players
-
Uncomfortable gender dynamics
-
Difficulty joining existing gaming groups or communities (e.g. Discord)
-
Challenges maintaining connections with like-minded players

Iterations

Old design separated “Me” at the bottom, obscuring that there are five players. The update places “Me” as the same card alongside others to clearly show five participants and standardizes orange for confirm actions.

Favorites
Adding the 'favorite' section on the homepage that displays the games you have marked as favorites, putting them front and center so you can open them with one tap. Add or remove favorites anytime and the shelf updates instantly, helping you spend less time searching and more time playing.
